Annual livestock fair in Urcos, Peru, the town at the beginning of the Interoceanica SUR near Cusco. The new highway has facilitaed trade between Andean communities by speeding up transporation - now people are able to bring their livestock and foodstuffs to cities such as Urcos and Cusco in almost 1/8th of the time.
